Welcome in the name of Jesus!

Thank you for your interest in St Teilo's Church in Wales High School. This is a very special and happy place to be where children and young people enjoy academic success as a result of the highest levels of pastoral care and support. Our mission is thus: in all we do, to improve excellence, increase equity and deepen faith so that we might be fully the person God is calling us to be.

St Teilo’s is a community of learning and formation for children and young people of all faiths and none. We recognise, celebrate and respect the diversity of human society in all its manifold richness and we oppose intolerance and hatred in all its forms. We restore to dignity those who have the least, have been left behind or have lost their way. Whatever your gender, religion, ethnicity, sexuality identity or ability, this is a school for you.

Leading this distinctively Anglican school is a great privilege. Our staff are uniquely talented and deeply committed to the learning and progress of every child and young person in their charge. We boast excellent, modern facilities situated in the wonderfully green area of Llanedeyrn. As a consequence, we add significant value to the outcomes attained by our pupils.

Parents and carers trust us with the most precious thing in their lives; their children. We ensure the highest possible standards in wellbeing and safeguarding and our large, expert inclusion team help all children and young people to overcome barriers to learning. St Teilo’s is a highly successful, dynamic, exciting and caring school in which young people flourish. If you are considering sending your child to our school and wish to find out more, please do contact us.

Our mission is thus: in all we do, to improve excellence, increase equity and deepen faith so that we might be fully the person God is calling us to be.
