Sixth Form Subject Evening
A reminder that our Sixth Form Open Evening (Subject Information) takes place next week on Tuesday 20 October 2026, between 5pm and 7pm in the main hall.
Students and their parents and carers are invited to come along and join in conversation with teachers. Find out about course content, assessment requirements, career and higher education pathways, and entry criteria.
The evening takes the form of an 'information fayre', so you may arrive at any time between 5pm and 7pm and go to any stalls that capture your interest.
Admission to the Sixth Form
Ours is a small, traditional and academic Sixth Form. It is particularly suited to young people who wish to attain the qualifications for university study or access to workplace apprenticeship schemes. Classes are small and there is a high degree of support, advice and guidance.
St Teilo's pupils do not need to apply for Sixth Form. Everybody is guaranteed a place! However, each course has its own entry requirements. The Open Evening is an opportunity to understand the GCSE grades needed to study subjects at A Level.
Further information, including the option columns from which students may choose, can be found here.
External students from other schools must express an interest in joining our Sixth Form here.
