Year 7 Wellbeing Meetings
Year 7 have settled marvellously into secondary school and we are delighted to see them getting along so well! You may have already touched based with Mr Evans and his team and we would encourage you to stay in contact with us. We spend our days working directly with children so it's best to contact us by email:

The transition to secondary school is often harder for parents and carers than it is for children! You are likely to feel more disconnected from your child's learning and less involved than previous. These feelings are normal and, over time, you will get used to the ways in which secondary schools function.
In the meantime, we would like to offer those parents and carers who have pastoral or wellbeing concerns to book an online meeting with us. These short online meetings allow you to share information with us or update us about your child's circumstances. Please note, these are not meetings in which subject teachers will be available (parent consultations for Year 7 take place on 13 May 2025).
We've set aside Thursday 7 November 2024 specifically for parents and carers in Year 7 who would value a chat.
