Arbor Parent App
At the end of February, St Teilo's began its transition to a new Management of Information System called 'Arbor'. All essential school systems have now been successfully migrated and we are turning our attention to the Parent App.
The Arbor Parent App, in its present form, provides access for Parents and Carers to:
- Pupil attendance
- Pupil timetable
- Same-day absence reporting
- In-app direct messaging with the school
There are also many possibilities in development for further use of the app, such as accessing live behaviour records. Thank you to those parents and carers who have volunteered to join our steering group.
Going forward, the Arbor Parent App will become the main platform for information-sharing with parents. Key messages will no longer be sent by SMS but by in-app notification.
How to download the Arbor Parent App
To download the Arbor Parent App on your phone or tablet, open the 'Play Store' or 'App Store' and search 'Arbor'. The 'Arbor Parent App (Parent & Guardian Portal)' should be the top search result.
Then:
- Download the Arbor Parent App.
- Open the Arbor Parent App and, using the email address registered with the school, click on 'Forgotten Password'.
- Check your email and click on the link provided.
- Choose a password.
- Verify yourself as a user by entering the date of birth of your child.
You are now ready to use the Arbor Parent App!
