12 August, 2026
Level 1 and 2 Results
Results for Years 10 and 11 will be available for collection from the school between 9.00am and 12.00pm on Thursday 20 August 2026.
Year 11
On results day, collect your results from 9.00am at the school.
Most students will then enrol for the Sixth Form. This happens at the same time as results collection in the Main Hall.
If you are leaving St Teilo's to work or study elsewhere, we will ask you to record your destination before collecting results.
School staff, Careers Wales and the Youth Service will be available to provide advice and guidance.
Enrolling to the Sixth Form
Enrolment to the St Teilo's Sixth Form takes place on Thursday 20 August 2026 between 9.00am and 12.00pm. Most students collect their results and enrol at the same time.
Remember, every St Teilo's student is guaranteed a place in our Sixth Form. However, you must have sufficient entry grades for the courses you wish to study.
School staff will be available to support you with your enrolment. Parents and carers are very welcome.
Benefits to Sixth Form study
Every individual must discern the next best steps for themselves. There are some distinct benefits to study in the Sixth Form including:
- A more structured, academic environment with familiar teachers and a strong focus on university preparation.
- A protective, guided stepping stone between secondary school and independent life.
- Familiarity, strong support and deeper relationships with staff.
- An existing understanding of your strengths and weaknesses which accelerate progress at A Level.
- Closer tracking and easier, more personal communication.
- Fewer distractions, taking the best of existing routines and keeping the focus on learning and achievement.
Generally, our Sixth Form is significantly smaller and more intimate than other settings. Most students find that this provides a stronger foundation for academic study, as well as personal development in respect of character and leadership.
Year 10
On results day, collect your results from 9.00am at the school.
As your results do not impact on your progression into Year 11, it is OK to collect your results in September if you prefer.
