Safe & Sound
Safe & Sound Wales gives parents and carers in Wales the information, tools, and support to understand what their children might be facing, have the conversations that matter, and find the right help when they need it.
The Hangout
The Hangout is a place where children can meet other people, access mental health support, find volunteering opportunities, and get involved in groups that could really help boost their wellbeing.
Bloody Brilliant
Periods are a natural part of life and nobody should feel shame or embarrassment about that. Bloody Brilliant empowers girls and young people that have periods as well all those around them to be period proud. Advice and guidance - and access to free period products - is given.
School Essentials Grant
The School Essentials Grant is open now and supports families on lower incomes and who get certain benefits. The grant provides £125 per learner and £200 for learners entering Year 7. Families can check their eligibility and apply through Cardiff Council.
